Theres no real set process. I guess everyone is different and where one starts varies aswell depending on what they know and understand. I'm like you atm, however i've taken things into my own hands as you should and made a start on educating myself as much as possible. Don't wait on anyone, get that information from searching high and low because I guarantee you, you will get there. Its not meant to be easy i tell you that. But worth the wait and preserverance. I started using Think or Swim (TOS) back when commissions were $6.95 USD per trade or $13.90 USD round trip. It’s now commission free and it’s sometimes hard to trade volatile stocks the first 5 minutes after the opening bell. But it works well most of the time.

Thank you for the time you spent putting this video together for us! We really appreciate it! Liked of course :) I've been using TOS while learning and developing a strategy before I go live. Granted it's the only one I've used so far but I'm loving the charting and customization. Even with a paper account I've been able to use the Scanner, surprisingly, the studies do not work however. The only other limitations I've found is not seeing the live Time/Sales and obviously the time delay. Will be jumping over to Questrades IQ Edge once i'm ready but will probably keep TOS around for analysis.

dapennsta I use the free version of think or swim and I can see time and sales. Also, you can change some settings and get live info. I googled it, and found a KZbin video showing the settings to get live info.

@@poseidon4979 I've been learning from KZbin and a family member who's a stock broker. I'm only 20. I started off with a deposit of 300. I bought some ACB stocks at $15 last week, when they shot up, I sold them. Now they're back down. I bought some GE and siriusXM stocks, held them for a little bit and sold them. And I also had a few friends sign up for robinhood using my referral code. I just sold the stocks I got from those lol. And I had a couple Moderna stocks I sold as well.

There's "Small", then there's "Micro!" You are at the Micro level! I have bought Stock, where the whole order is just $135! And, yes, it wasn't with any of these tools, and, yes, it was Strictly because of their Product R&D point, and the Item! But really, most people are not ready to go "All In" at the beginning, so, building up a "Whoops" savings account, first, can take the stress off!

Big fan! Love your videos - better than anything you can pay for. I have a couple question that I havent seen you touch on. What is your rule for intraday drawdown? What pecentage will you give back before you stop? Also, what is your system for scaling up? It took me about four months to be consistent, but have struggled when I try to put on more risk and then have to reboot. Pretty frustrating. Being consistent but not being able to scale. What are your rules for that? How long will you stay at a risk level before moving up and what percentage will you increase it? Thanks a lot! Keep up the great work!
