But millenials and boomers are much less interested in things, objects, and much more interested in _experiences_ like say going to a fancy Michelin star restaurant, travelling somewhere with friends to experience a new place, and yes, board games. Board games aren't fun because of themselves, they're fun because they create experiences, you have a fun time with friends and family, lots of competitiveness, lots of hanging out and talking, etc. Board games are exploding in popularity because of this

They needed the money because they weren't selling enough to be profitable. So they actually needed a bailout. Who wants to invest in a company that's basically failing? Unless you think there's some way you could turn it around. But what I saw is a company whose basically just copying other games. Their game was a lot like Balderdash. If they ever got really popular, they might have a lawsuit on their hands. What the Dragons want, is someone who needs the money to expand, or because they're doing so well, but they don't have the money to fulfill all the orders they are getting (to buy stock). That's the kind of needing money they want people to have. Needing it because they're doing so well in sales, not because they're failing. I think a lot of people forget that this show is about investment. They're looking for good companies to invest in, not horrible companies where they can just throw out their money and never get it back. They're also providing entrepreneurs with the opportunity to meet with successful people they normally wouldn't be able to get appointments with.
