Absolute dart-genius this man. This smooth throw and when he is on he can be the best of the world. I can watch him play all day and he is a nice person on and off stage too. Additionally there are so many other great moments, I will miss him when he is retired.

fdt Ikj Anderson is one of the best for sure. But when MvG is on he is the best in the world. Not Anderson at his best, not anybody else at their best. Only MvG. MvG can play at a level that is simply unbeatable. No one could or can even come close to MvG's top level. Not Anderson, not Barney, not Taylor, nobody.

Just so wish Gary had practiced the way Taylor did in his day and would have had so many more titles. if u ask me gary actually is a better natural player. Phil has just put so much in to it he knows how to win games when they go to the trenches and its all about bottle. That's were I admire Phil but as a man he is a horribly human being so being a Musselburgh man myself I was chuffed to bits when Gary won that world championship. It was long overdue as well and number 2 soon followed. could still have another couple in him yet if he puts his mind to it. Even mvg will agree I think that Gary is the one player out there that can still best him when they are both on there game. He really is a joy to watch
