That's exactly what it is!..when I saw Slapped Hams video when it uploaded..I could clearly see that it was a reflection of a girl sitting on the stairs and she appears to be looking at a phone or something else..but its definitely a reflection..and as the video was playing I found myself yelling at my phone saying.. The story of the dead bodies beneath the church reminds me of what realy happened in my city in Germany. 2006 the cathedral, called "Elisabethkirche" in Marburg used to get a new floor all around the church. The constructions were stopped when some of the workers found human bones. Later archaeologists found more and more skeletons around the church and also rests of an old house. They found out that the place was used to be a graveyard or something similar. They surveyed round about 6100 square meters and confirmed 19 burials in that area. As far as I know the excavations lasted until the end of 2021.

Before ppl start making fun of the teen with the baby doll/think it’s haunted, it’s most likely from the health classes/sex education that send teens home with life like baby dolls which the teen have to hold, change, fake feed, burp, pick up and comfort when it cry’s ect so they know how difficult it is to have a baby and with technology the teachers can see if they actually did the assignment and cared for the doll. They do make them way more life like then they used to so it may have just scared him because the dolls heads do move back and forth so they can practice supporting the baby’s head/neck as well as burping. He just got freaked out by it because he’s a teen who’s more interested in texting or do whatever on his cellphone.

I absolutely agree with your theory about energy/electricity. I don't think it accounts for all paranormal activity, but definitely some. Or maybe it leaves like an imprint if you did something over and over again in life, maybe that electricity imprinted there and that's what others see after you are gone.
