Love your videos. Started learning last week. Do you have any videos about identifying sente moves? Some of the ones you point out are obvious, where the next move clearly threatens the enemy if they don’t respond. Some of the sente moves you point out, however, read a few moves ahead - which I’m really bad at. Any advice for noticing sente moves on the board that involve predicting ahead more?

Good video Stephanie. I picked all your selections except on the 1-4 dan game I would select move D. I believe you are too pessimistic for the future of the P3 pincered stone and lower board in general - even after move D and white's response, there is still fun to be had for black in the lower right corner later in the game. Perhaps after move D and white's response, black could even M4 shoulder hit the white stone, applying pressure to the lower board?

Dear Stephanie, what happened to Ryan? His last ROC was almost two months ago. And he also hasn't played any game in the Transatlantic League. I am worried about him. Is he OK?

Neve mind about Ryan He will be back when he is ready. Do you have any idea how much work it is to make all those high quality videos that we all love and depend on? Making them available at no charge is profoundly generous on his part.
