I remember when I started as a goalie, I would put my weight on my heels, and I was so afraid of diving. What actually helped me a lot with diving was placing the ball wherever, and kept it still, and I would just continuously do that until I wasn’t afraid, and it worked

im a keeper and i often concede goals that are above my head. i get a hand or 2 to them but every time i deflect the ball up and it reaches the net. how can i stop this because it happens too much?

PS. What about the (above and beyond professional goalie goal keeper who dives over things and does forward rolls and fractures youngsters hands ligaments?) Should I look at his drills to? Seriously... R.I.P my speakers. All your videos the music is way too loud and the speech is rather low. All the other production values are really good but it takes like 2 minutes extra to check the audio levels before exporting a video... Please take that time to perfect your work!
