Hey Antoina ❤ apple cider vinegar is one of my favorites and also homade herbal hair rinses I use rosemary sage and tyme water once a month . I also love 🥑avocado oil and olive 🫒 oil on my mids and ends. Thank you for the video ❤❤❤

5. Satin pillow case 4. ACV rinse 3. Hair oil 2.Wet Brush 1.little claw clips (makes growing out akward lengths much easier since im not using heat styling tools!)

In no particular order, silk hair scrunchies, high quality comfy shower cap, a small assortment of shampoos and conditioners that suit my hair type, silk pillow cases, not brushing my curly hair- finger combing only when well conditioned, trimming brittle broken ends, silicone-free hair products, wearing a broad brimmed hat, avoiding clothing that sheds fine little fibres (wool), hair conditioning products with amazing 'slip'

Hi Antonia hope your well ❤ I use 4 out of your 5 tools, haven't tried the hair catcher for my sink but think it would help a lot. I also use a silk bonnet find it helps me with tangles during the night, if it stays on long enough 😂 Enjoyed your video as always. Take care ❤

Do you/can you use the ACV rinse when you do a scalp only wash?

You certainly can. I never did because I usually do a scalp only wash when pressed for time. 🩷

My top five: 5: Monoi vanilla oil on my ends every night. 4: MM rubber hair scalp massage tool 3: kitsch and Vegamour Satin scrunchies 2: Creaclip, I use this to trim my per moon schedule 1: wooden brushes

Bass is a good brand and I have one of their combs. I will never forget the infamous day the woman was tearing all the Bass combs at Sprouts.

My top 5: My number 1 has to be hair cutting scissors. Mine aren’t fancy, they’re Equinox that I got on Amazon for under $20, but they’re sharp! When I spot a split or broken hair I trim it (whenever possible), and do a close inspection of my last 3” of hair each month to search out and remove any split ends. Only twice a year do I trim it, on the equinoxes. Learning to cut my own hair has been the best thing for growing out my hair. 2: hair sticks and claw clips. Buns are my friend. They protect my ends from rubbing against my clothes and from getting in the way when I’m active. 3. silk or satin pillowcase. I do love my mulberry silk pillowcase the most (sorry silk worms). 4: silk or satin sleeping bonnet. A braid is ok for sleeping but I see less breakage if I gently twirl my hair into a bun at the nape of my neck and pop on a sleeping bonnet. Plus it’s super sexy. Ok, maybe not. 5: wooden brush. I had a Tek but it didn’t last long, the foundation.- the part that holds the bristles - would no longer hold its shape. Very disappointing for the money I spent. I replaced it with Giorgio that’s been fantastic so far.
