@@CrownPointeChroma Ja byłem i mam inny TOP... Niestety większość sugeruje się marką/siecią hoteli a to błąd ! Odwieź hotele oferujące Executive Lounge i ponownie dokonaj oceny... Pozdrawiam...

Review abt hotel warshawa The hotel staff at the reception refused to return the deposits ($200) for the two rooms that I rented and asked for an additional payment of $50, the reason they said was that I only paid for one of the rooms. They said that the new employee made a mistake and only took money for one room. I called the police and we looked at the cameras, it was not visible how much I put on the table as payment. I was late for the plane and the main manager said that he would sort it out, call me and send money to my card, but he didn’t even call back. These people spit on the hotel's reputation and their own; they are petty and cheap employees in an expensive hotel. They ruined the whole experience, if you want to be robbed and deceived then welcome!!!
