Learn the Top 5 Jiu-Jitsu Sacrifice Throws for No Gi BJJ, MMA and Self Defense. Sacrifice throws are great, but should be used with caution. They are higher in risk compared to other throws because they force you to be in a "bad position" in order to throw your opponent with good Jiu-Jitsu
The sacrifice throws you will discover are:
Uke Waza from a 50/50 Clinch
Sumi Gaeshi from a Front Headlock or Double Leg Attempt
Kimura Uke Waza - attack the kimura grip and force an uke waza
Reverse Kimura Throw - attack the reverse kimura grip for a simple sacrifice throw
Yoko Guruma - underhook "deep half guard" throw

I am a white belt. I am a fake martial artist.

If you're a white belt you are a beginner. Not Fake. I don't perseve someone who is studying a dicipline to be fake at all. You may not have experience but you gotta start from somewhere. A black belt is a white belt that kept training and didn't quit. Keep training.

A fake martial artist is someone who pretends to engage in martial arts. A beginning martial artist is not pretending.

The first technique is Uke Waza. I got trouble by this technique. I was just having fun by doing some randori with three of my friends. Three vs me, one by one. I applied uke waza to the third guy, then he got little finger dislocation after being taken down. I rushed to the emergency room at the nearby hospital to get him taken care. The last part of little finger was dislocated from where it was attached. I really feel sorry for him. I've just arrived from the hospital.

The first throw reminds me of a lateral drop in wrestling I'm curious if it's as easy for the opponent to counter or if sitting to your hip negates that

I remember when I was a bjj white belt, I was sparring with a friend and when he tried to do a sacrifice throw, because I was very heavy, somehow his legs collapsed or smth but I fell hard on top of him like body slamming myself on him by accident.
