Top 5 Kodocha Characters

Truth be told, Sana and Akito are undeniably on the top of my list. Sana in particular, within a span of two and a half years, eventually became my favorite anime/manga character in general, beating out Sasami from the Tenchi series (Slappy Squirrel still has them both beat as my overall favorite female character). As for the others, Misako would take the third spot of my list simply for being just a wise, yet nutty and unpredictable loon who's the ideal adoptive mother. Tsuyoshi's charm is that he's arguably a straight-man for both Sana and Akito. And as much as I don't like the New York arc (I'm a Sana X Akito shipper here), Naozumi was a valuable character even in the first season, and the NYC arc helped me sympathize and appreciate Naozumi a bit more.

I agree with almost this entire list, except I'd switch Akito and Naozumi. Also, I'd say Akito is more of a tsundere than a kuudere, but that's just me. This show has so many fantastic characters and lessons and I adore it!

My top 10 favourite Kodocha characters became why not. 10 Natsumi 9 Rei 8 Zenjiro 7 Naozumi 6 Fuka (The new Discotek Subs fixed her character a lot) 5 Misako 4 Aya 3 Tsuyoshi 2 Akito 1 Sana

I like this list. I love most of the characters in Kodocha, and it's tough to narrow down a top 5, but my top 5 Kodocha would probably be: 5. Zenjiro 4. Rei 3. Akito 2. Babbit 1. Sana
