I will break down my first months of ownership and what my top 5 likes and dislikes are so far on my 2021 BMW X7 M50I. Do I think I made the right choice trading in the F90 M5 for it?

It’s an awesome car. If you require an even larger car, get one of those luxury VW vans or those gross SUV’s that border on being trucks. Life is a compromise.

It was a perfect suv I just like sedans better so I traded it for an Alpina B7

Love my M50i, but the windows and seats are really slow - I'm hoping that translates to better longevity of the motors. WIpers - I use rain-x window cleaner on the windshield (and front PPF) after every car wash - makes a huge difference in heavy rain. My phone charges quick enough (Samsung Note 20), but my wife's iPhone is slow - maybe its the case material?

I didn't think of the rain-x for some reason I will start using it. I even took my case off of my phone and it was still slow. Maybe it has something to do with the power management of the phone maybe Samsung shuts down background apps to conserve battery life or something. I have a Pixel

The iPhone's wireless charging is limited and only faster when using Apple certified chargers.

Yeah I ended up putting a cable in the car for when I want to use it for everything at once.

Just a tip, you won't ever need your wipers during heavy rain if you ceramic coat the windshield.
