Awesome and very helpful. Help me out with one thing though (and keep in mind I'm a newbie). I'm fishing in First Connecticut--a medium lake (2800 acres) in New Hampshire. Most of the info I've gotten suggests that lake trout 'have tender mouths and prefer smaller baits' . Definitely different from your experience. Do you think there are regional differences or should I dump the small bait people and go with your big boys? Again, thanks for the video.
@weaversbentrods Жыл бұрын
If they are smaller fish yes it’s very possible. The medium to big fish defiantly do not have soft mouths often times you need to set the hook multiple times to make sure it’s good. As far as bait size i’ve seen them hit baits half the size of them when they are hungry. Keep trying different things and see what works on your lake!
