I don't know if it's common knowledge now, but Dior is raising the prices on this private collection by $30 come February 1st! There were three that I still had on my wishlist so I went ahead and just took the plunge on them. So if there's anything you've had your eye on, definitely try and purchase before the price increase!

Out of everything I smelled for women, Rouge Trafalgar was my favourite and full bottle worthy. More special that people are generally saying. It is very couture, smells a little bit like clothing, textiles and something stylish. It is by no means just a fruity fragrance.

@Anna K whenever you buy a perfume from this line at Dior’s butique they give you a 5 ml sample of other edp (you can choose usually which one). I havent come across any decant-sample provider online.

Tobacolor is exclusive for Doha international airport (Qatar). it was already launched this week. it will be exclusive for one year at Doha airport Dior boutique . They were working on the formula for 2 years in Qatar as per the dior director statement in the launching day.

I would so much like to try the Santal Noir!! Have the Guerlain Santal Royal and don't know how they compare, but the ambrette is definitely a plus for me... Fève Délicieuse is so good. I was a bit disappointed with Ambre Nuit, but then I only sampled it once... I'll give it another try

For me, Spice Blend, Leather Oud, Purple Oud, Fève Délicieuse, and probably Oud Ispahan. Maybe Tobacolor can take that fifth spot from Oud Ispahan. Those are in no order tho. Hype for the new fragrance! Love Tobacco :D

Have you tried layering Ambre Nuit with Oud Ispahan? It’s a fantastic combination in my opinion. The only issue is that Oud Ispahan lasts much longer than Ambre Nuit, so it Must be reapplied.

Well, Dior exclusive line is true gem. Comparing to YSL, or Chanel’s exclusive lines, the Dior’s is superb creation. I love Feve Delisieuse the most. The only one I do not like that much is Spice blend, which is too smooth and lacks in character.

Great video as always! I love spicy blend, it’s on my top 5 for Madison Christian Dior together with Gris Dior, Oud Ispahan and Amber Nuit. I haven’t tried Rouge Trafalgar since I heard someone say it was close to Channel Eau Tendre which I don’t care for.

I love their floral ones. They have the best quality for rose and jasmine. I've jut bought New look but I already have Grand bal, la Colle noire, Rose Kabuki, Souffle de soie ... I also heard about the new release, not a fan of the name. I heard it would have tobacco but also dried fruits, plum... the notes reminded me more of Plum japonais. I hope it will be as good. Just looking at the name and the notes, I don't think this would be a French exclusivity. 😊

To tell truth . Dior eau sauvage edt is the best ever fragrance for men from dior and one of the best fragrances for men ever. The best ever done from dior . The edt version. The same level of Creed Aventus yet with bergamot instead of pine apple.

Yeah, it seems a few people have a hold of the new Tobacolor. There are a few tags of it on Instagram, with people saying it is woody vanilla caramel tobacco. The juice in the bottle is dark, so I’m not sure about your colorful prediction. TF Tobacco Vanille?

Oh yes I know CDG, I have owned it for quite some time. I don't see the similarities though. It's quite loud and screechy and very intense in spices like Cinnamon and the Jasmine is in your face. Noses are different but for me I don't get the similarities except for the fact that they are both ambers! Love CDG! :)

Tobacolor is supposed to be released 1 of March. The notes i remember are tobacco, sage and plum. Eden-roc is supposed to come in may/june, a salt water freshie. And then Diorissimo vanille in August/september. Btw, try layering Feve over Patchouli imperial. It's amazing :)

Personally, I've never been impressed by the Prive line. Definitely inferior to Chanel's, and it doesn't hold a candle to Guerlain's. Bois d'argent may be the best of the bunch to my nose, but meh :-)

Well, my favorites are Angelique Noire, Cuir Beluga, and Spirituese Double Vanille. But to be honest, they all share that smoky vanilla guerlainade. So, you might want to mix it up with Rose Barbare or Derby or something different like that. A little 2ml sample is pricy but worth it.
