Hi, was made aware of Moshe by a current project to set up an Abrahamic house of worship in Abu Dhabi, some source say he has a contender while others say a British architect Sir Ajayi got the tender. Anyhow. Interesting your comment on Yad Vashem, i was so enthrolled in the horror that i nearly missed even the awareness of the space. But looking back to spring 2019 when we visited, i felt such an uplift on the exit and seeing Jerusalem. As if to say all those that perished dreaming of one day Jerusalem, now are! Its-good to see another perspective. Also i love the idea that we all long for an Eden and when we end up in concrete minus greenery, we rob our selves of joy and calmness. Maybe its not only the Englishman whose home is hiscastle

@@leveluparchitects Officially known as the Nationale-Nederlanden building, the Frank Gehry-designed Dancing House (or ‘Fred and Ginger’, after the famous dancers) was completed in 1996 and immediately became one of the most photographed buildings in the city. Designed in the deconstructivist or new-baroque style, the building consists of two towers (resembling two dancers). The ‘male tower’ is a cement tower that connects to an undulating section and is topped by a metal structure nicknamed Medusa, while the ‘female’ tower is made of glass and curved pillars. The building is used as offices and cannot be entered by the public-however, there is the Ginger & Fred restaurant on the top floor, with a magnificent view of the Vltava River below.

The Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest building at 828m height. Jeddah Tower will become the new tallest building at over 1000m high once construction is finished. Even Jeddah Tower might only hold on to the title of tallest building for a couple of years as the Burj Mubarak al-Kabir will overtake it in 2030, give or take a year. According to this article from Bloomberg, the tallest a building in the traditional sense can theoretically be is just under 9km, that is scary high! www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2012-08-16/is-there-a-limit-to-how-tall-buildings-can-get
