Faustin was a perfect GTA Character. Right from the get go you know what he is. Most of all though he was loyal to the ones really important and good to him.

Faustin even though it was a dickhead to his wife and a pretty stubborn guy he was a very well writen character in the series. I actually found it very shit to kill him in GTA 4.

To be fair Rockstar made them annoying on purpose just to make them become the Antagonist. There was one character in GTA SA that got on my nerves and her name was Catalina now most GTA fans recognized her as the antagonist from GTA 3 but man the way she talks and always compains is so annoying. Not to mention the missions you do for her can take a long time to do. I want everyone to know I never played GTA 3 so I never knew that she would be the antagonist in that game. So yeah I think Catalina in my opinion is the MOST annoying character in GTA franchise.

I highly doubt Big Smoke would have done anything if Tenpenny was killed. In contrast, Ray was a mobster for a mafia family. Johnny and Jim had enough balls to rip off Ray. Eventually he would have ran into Niko and the smart money is on Niko. In fact, Johnny even shows fear for Niko. Irony is what Johnny and Jim did by trying to rip off Ray? That was already death sentence.

Honestly, Steve Haines is annoying in a good way because it makes the players (even me) hate his guts so much that we can't wait to blow his fucking brains out just like we did to Dimitri, Billy, Tenpenny, Lance, and Catalina. I should say that technically Devin Weston didn't rob the three protagonist, as Molly explained he was laundering the money through his fund, it's possible that he didn't decide not to pay them back until after Michael's meltdown over the Meltdown tape. Still a shitty thing to do and he did try to rob them in the end.
