The real fun roll with Psi Hermetic is getting Headstone because the Wild Card bolts it drops can destroy the crystal for a Stasis-Dragonfly style effect with shatter damage.

Autumn Wind with perpetual/ headseeker. One of my go-tos for rapid fire frames. Lodbrok-C the broke man's Defiant Abyss lol, Target Lock, dynamic sway or perpetual to circumvent the crappy reload, stability and handling. Symmetry: with the incoming buff of eddy current built in and the slight buff to stability and handling. Love running it with a Boudica-C side arm: moving target/ Swash which can 3 tap with 5 stacks. Craftable Perpetualis: keep away target lock.

All of these are def underused *but* I feel compelled to point out that because they are world drops they are very difficult to get a good roll on. Yes, some are available in the lost sectors but it's still an unforgiving grind because of the perk availability (too many options)

DFP put out a video on Outlast the other day and that thing SLAYS. Easy to focus a decent roll at the sonar station. I settled on feeding frenzy / kill clip. So I decided to try my Jurassic Green I kept for no good reason and it performed pretty much the same. Dust off those old 0-kill pulses you kept! They’re sneaky good!

Old sterling can roll with perfect float and frenzy, which have the same proc as the origin trait. So just from participating you have 3 perks bumping up your stats and damage. Also, Ogma is the solar version of stay frosty and is super slept on. Perks suck so heating / dragonfly will have to do but i have 1500 kills on mine and it pairs great with travelers chosen.

@evanflynn4680 you can check the focusing daily, the gunsmith engrams and some glimmer and you can focus it. Mine is Polygonal, HighCal, Pugilist, and Swash. Love it.

@evanflynn4680 ah... it doesn't roll with range finder... but extended barrel and ricochet rounds can throw you to almost 80.. and then maybe moving target with swashbuckler? I like swashbuckler because of the damage stacks... and of you melee with it out in a heated moment you get the stacks. It hits hard too for it's frame type.. the other two sidearms, Veist Redback and Suros Fioritura aren't kinetic primaries but they roll killing wind... I'd still go with the Boudica though.. personally.

Been using a Lonesome sidearm with hammer-forged barrel, riccochet rounds, Zen moment, kill clip, and range masterwork. With the right roll, this beast is insane.

My favorites are: Nightshade w/ headseeker. Nameless midnight w/ zen moment & Vorpal. Brya's Love with keep away & precision instrument. There are a few others. I used to have a very nice Black Scorpion that had over 2k PvP kills with but it got sunsetted.

Old Sterling is _really_ nice. The one I masterworked has arrowhead brake, rewind rounds and a recoil of 93. Damn thing is like a laser beam, it doesn't even move.

Chattering bone is one of my go to pulse rifles. It feels so incredibly clean to use in PvP and has a fair share of good perks. Funnily enough the one I use is an old chattering with no intrinsic trait and it still does work. Plus it feels great to use

YES OLD STERLING!!! Have been using Smallbore-Accurized---Slideways-Harmony---Range Masterwork so 70 range on this thing. Grabbed this roll from Banshee a LONG time ago. Sterlings base recoil pattern feels INCREDIBLE compared to Perpetualis' base recoil pattern. LOVE that you brought attention to my baby!

I'd add the Age Old Bond, legendary auto rifle. It looks cool, has a very good range stat, and is so smooth. I think people are ignoring it because the stability stat is pretty low. It's a slow firing auto rifle, so it doesn't need as much stability as a fast firing one. The recoil direction is straight up and predictable, and it just melts at ranges more suited to pulses and fast firing scout rifles.

I tried a darkest before I had on my vault with hammer forge, flared magwell, heal clip and headseeker and it just felt incredible after the buffs they gave to rapid frames I was performing way better with it than my outlast with keepaway + kill clip but it might be because I had full bore on it to put range at 60 so the stability cut may be hurting it a lot. Third axiom is also a monster now, got ricochet, sildeshot/zen moment and headseeker on mine and it snipes from so far away with slideshot

Also non focusable world drop. Havent got a good enough old sterling to try because again its a world drop. the combo you have seems fun though.

Cold denial is a high impact frame pulse rifle that can roll head seeker and it has 14 zoom which is what most hand cannons have. it’s obtainable, but not readily available.

I have a psi hermetic roll with moving target/encore and headseaker but for some reason I have a harder time controlling it over the messenger. I also have that slide ways adagio old sterling and that things a beast but the adept summoner with a stability mod still feels like an absolute laser to me.

Ros Arago - basically a void Summoner. Can roll with the goated Dynamic Sway + Onslaught/Golden Tricorn combo. It's a world drop. Relentless - 340 Pulse from Prophecy. Keep Away/Snapshot + Headseeker, or Rapid hit + Zen Moment for extreme anti-flinch capabilities. Ultra clean sights. Prophecy will be farmable this next week, and it drops from the first boss. Combined Action, 120 HC. Zen Moment + Adagio, you can 2-tap. World drop. Empirical Evidence , Witchqueen DLC is free for everybody right now , so get one and craft it with Encore + Adagio. And also as many people mentioned it, Senuna. She's a beast, small but feisty.

I would add the Nightshade pulse rifle from Season of the Witch. The roll I have on mine is Arrowhead Break, Accurized Rounds, Outlaw, Kill Clip and a Range Masterwork. I'll be honest, I haven't used it much, but I got a little over 300 kills with this weapon and especially with the Nadir Focus Origin Trait on. Why not give the Nightshade pulse a try since it's also a Lightweight Frame Pulse. You can focus it from the Recovered Red War Weapons at the Ritual Table.

TV you need to get your hands on a good/god roll Nightshade. It is an absolutely beauty to use in the crucible. I have one with Polygonal Rifling, Flared Magwell, Enlightened Action and Headseeker. All of this combined with the origin trait Nadir Focus makes it a very deadly 450 pulse. I wish you could use mine and post a video. That would be awesome. I suck at PvP (1.36k/d) but I surprised myself getting a 32.0 efficiency in a 6v6. This gun is very slept on bro.

Gnawing hunger is still a nasty 600 with zen kill clip and you don’t have to play trials for it. Just chill and play some gambit. Win or lose you still get engrams you can focus for gnawing hunger

Disparity. Craftable aggressive burst pulse from season of the seraph. Right up front I'll say that yes, it does not have as good base stats as Blast Furnace, especially in the range dept, although it does have slightly higher base handling. There are two main things it's got going for it though. Firstly it can be crafted with the highly sought after trait combo of rapid hit & headseeker, enhanced of course, and naturally you can have your choice of barrel & mag perks. Secondly it has the underrated origin trait "ambush" which provides a +20 to both range & handling as long as you have not dealt or received damage for at least 5 seconds. In short, if that god roll Blast Furnace is eluding you, look no further than Disparity to fill that slot in your arsenal. Oh & it's stasis too so all the stuff TV said about Psi Hermetic also applies to Disparity. EDIT Forgot to mention that the ambush origin trait deactivates two seconds after either dealing or receiving damage, which is obviously more than enough for most crucible duels.

I would 100% add exalted truth adept or otherwise. Ive got a nasty 5/5 adept one with corkscrew, accurized range mw adept range and rangefinder and eye of storm. Even with range finder being power crept if u have a high range stat (mine is an insane 85) then u get the most benifit from rangefinder and can hit some crazy range crits. The origin triat is probly top 3 for dueling as u can have a huge handling and flinch resist from just a reload. Ive been cooking with this thing and u can use conditional with it. I NEVER see this in crucible anymore so wild. 😂😂🎉🎉

First three weapons are slept on because they are world drops, meaning most people don't have good rolls of them. I've only gotten a good pve roll of Nox, and no good rolls of Psi and Old Sterling. I use Perpetualis craftable 600 auto in place of Sterling. I didn't grind Dawning so I don't have that

Psi Hermetic to me has been an awful weapon to use. I wanted it to work well so I didn't have to always run the messenger, but it was just so inconsistent. Missing bursts at the same range where I'd just two bursted someone else (had KC on it for 2nd engagement so should have been a guarantee). Insta delete for me now and not gonna keep a roll in the vault.

Agreed across the board. I’d add Glissando- my perfect float, cascade point roll puts in serious work, in pvp and pve, though it’s not even the best roll on paper. It makes me scratch my head how hard it slays compared to others of same archetype. Perhaps it really is a god roll and im just reading the perk descriptions wrong. Oh and rat king crew for life.
