thank you sir for compiling the most important parts of the changelog. Definitely the best parts of this update will be the banner and heart lantern change, the new loadouts and vanity changes, and the ropes being able to go behind platforms. These are actually really going to help in my current playthrough as now I don't have to stop my momentum during a boss fight because I bumped into a block that had a lantern placed on it. The plantera bulb change is also great but I literally just beat the mech bosses yesterday in this playthrough On a side note, your videos have always been helpful and very descriptive and significantly help people who didn't understand what to do in certain progression points. When I used to play mobile 1.2 I would find myself stuck and I would look towards your guides to help me, so I wanted to thank you for being such an integral part to the terraria community ❤️.

Upgrading the Bottomless Water Bucket to a Bottomless Shimmer Bucket is weird. You might wanna only upgrade it if you have a spare. Requires Lumenite and Bottomless Water Bucket. You can't fish in it btw, I tried. Adding any liquid turns it into a building block called Aetherium. And uh... Well, taking a dip may have strange consequences. Update: Dunk NPCs. Update 2: Items and critters dropped in might change/uncraft too. Update 3: Permanent Buff Items and Rod of Discord just became God-Tier. RoD must soak in the pretty glitter pond especially post Moonlord- TRUST ME BRO. Update 4: Almost any powerups and even clentaminators work too, projectiles are weird, with a teleporter setup (and a means of exit to escape), this could potentially be used to make a true invincibility machine.

You dont have to craft it, if you can find a natural shimmer pool, throwing the bottomless bucket in turns it into a shimmering bucket and throwing a shimmering bucket in reverts it to a water bucket again

There was a roundabout for the accessory vanity slots. Any accessory could be put there, but you had to actually equip it, put the accessory you want equipped into your vanity, then swap it with the accessory you want equipped. I did it a lot early game for storage on spelunking trips, but I dont suppose this roundabout really matters anymore

The new wood type is called ashwood, that only spawns in the new "Everything seed". The new liquid is called shimmer water, its one of the coolest non modded things in terraria. Its found in new worlds on the same side as the jungle near the ocean deep down

The liquid they were mentioning is the Glimmer liquid that's only obtained by making the endless glimmer bucket which is made by combining an endless water bucket and 10 luminite ore from Moonlord with a Goblin's Tinkerer Workshop (and some people say that it's useful with an angel statue as well as NPCs, reverting combined items to their previous items, making regular enemies harder by 'glimmering them', etc). As for wood, it's the brand new ash wood that's only obtained by the two added secret world seeds (One being the remix seed where the whole world flipped and you start in the underworld where ash trees spawn and the other being the new hard world (similar to the for the worthy) where it's every seed previously combined into one to make it not only hard, but mere impossible). The only one I couldn't figure out is the 'new bread item' they mentioned since it's just so random and no one hasn't found out about it yet.

The shimmer liquid is a rare spawn in the underground, unfortunately if you want to import it to a current world you’d need to craft the bottomless shimmer bucket (bottomless water bucket+10 luminite bars)

The loss of Terraspark boots and Ankh shield's function is quite a huge blow to the loadout system. I'd like to be able to switch classes without having to craft multiple copies of items that have extensive crafting recipes. I wonder why they have to be completely separate instead of being able to use the same accessory in different loadouts.

Hmm, good point! I suppose it might be a bit complicated to indicate which ones you want across different loadouts, and all of the programming to then deal with which are active and which are not.
