Don't buy online scrap they call Cycles normally these are unknown brands from importer who suddenly think of importing cheap Cycles from China and dump them to Indians and vanish after some time. Go find a good local cycling store choose a old brand with good history a good brand will also have a web site. Try and feel Cycles at a store instead of buying from online just for cheap prices
