Could you please tell me how to use VLC Mobile App to move the music from my Imac (OS Catalina) to my Iphone (current OS 13.5.1)? The instructions say to Select "File Sharing" on the left side menu of ITunes and look for VLC to transfer files."). But Catalina replaced Itunes with the Music app so I don't know how to do this. I do know how to sync my iphone with the Mac by using Finder to connect and sync the phone. I synced my music from the Mac to the Iphone so the songs are on the hard drive of each. Now I want to use the VLC Mobile App to play the music (already on my Iphone) as I've been having playback problems with the Apple Music App. Thanks!

VLC cannot continuously playback with the screen switched off. even with continuous playback and background settings it finishes a track and doesnt continue, unless the screen is left on, wasting batteries : so is there an alternative other than complicated apple music player?(

I'm searching for an MP3 player for my Ipad, that will allow me to control the volume of a track, so I can slowly reduce the volume, and then start another track. I'm using this for wedding ceremonies, and need to fade out of the bridesmaid's processional, and then start the bride's song. I'll also need to see my playlist as I am doing this, so I can select the next song. iTunes is well formatted, except that it does not give me a fader! I'm searching, but not seeing this in an app yet....any ideas?
