Fantastic tips Kim, I’ll be using the suggestion to video the property, I always forget the details of the house after I’ve left. And often we are viewing a few other properties the same week so it’s a great idea to have the videos to look over later, when you don’t feel as rushed. Just to let you know the law recently changed in all states. It’s now illegal for landlords and property agents to accept offers to pay higher than the advertised rent.

Love all these tips and so so helpful to have that template too 🩷 We're just waiting on our visa grant coming through and then we'll start the gruelling process of trying to secure a rental before we move.
