I like black light shampoo. Lots of lubrication and a nice smell, maybe not the most specialized soap but it works well for me and dark colored paint maintenance washes. Foams great too.

When it first came out they actually advertised 1 ounce to a gallon to strip wax, and 1 ounce to 5 gallons to just wash. My guess is that when they came out with Clean Slate, they no longer advertise Citrus Wash and Gloss for wax stripping.

I just bought Citrus wash for my truck, but didn't know it wasn't pH neutral. I don't have any waxes or sealants applied, do I have to dilute the soap before using it on my truck??

Hi Jenna! When use 1 to 3 ounces of Citrus Wash & Gloss it is perfectly safe for coated and non-coated paintwork. Using more than 5 ounces will degrade coats of glaze, sealant and wax. - CG Nick
