The spec catch button is not in cfb 25 or at least I’ve never seen anyone use it and I’ve played over 300 online matches lmao. Other than that tho ig you’re right. Cfb 25 is definitely my football game of choice this year. Most likely will not buy madden.

It's not in the game bro. Create-a-team > teambuilder in my opinion. Although the intentions and options available are admirable, at the end of the day Teambuilder is a pain in the rear and I prefer the less robust create-a-team

They literally had team-creation suites in Madden on the PS2 and early PS3, and unlike this new iteration you could do whatever you wanted with those teams, as well as use them in any mode (back then off line was an actual priority to EA). The fact that it took them like 10 years to bring it back isn’t anything to celebrate. I’d almost guarantee a competitor like 2K would include it just to spite the lazy execs at EA Games

There was better movement in older Maddens, create-a-team was already a thing, 2k has had that draft feature forever, and the spectacular catch button was in the game years ago before they removed it like they have with over 70 other features. All EA does is take out features and throws them back in after a couple years so they can call it new bcuz most people forget about it. And then it’s gone by the next year or two
