Although I did get the trippy effects, while I was staring it felt like 80% or so of the prep screens were being inputted through my left eye, even though my phone was centered about 1’ (30 cm) away. I could feel a much larger “video input” (for lack of a better phrase) going through my left eye + optic nerve, where it diffused within the vision area of the brain. To describe by analogy: By the end of the video I felt like a weight lifter who had done 10 dumbbell curls with his left arm, but only one with the right.
