What's important to consider is fat/ cholesterol % in your protein sources. As such below are some sources i would recommend with no / low fat/cholesterol. Greek Yogurt(100g)---> 10 grams. Egg White(100g)---------> 11 grams.(3 large egg). Green Beans(100g)-----> 2-3grams. Sources of Protein with moderate Cholesterol/ fat level Chicken and Fish(enriched in omega 3 fatty acids eg: Salmon, Sardines/mathi, anchovies/nethili) ---> Nearly 30 grams of protein per 100kg.
