I’m excited about this but I’m overwhelmed with all the info and options. I guess that’s a good problem in the long run. Now just trying to figure out designs and what legal parameters there are with adapting designs like I see so many people doing. You will make NONE, unless you can do every single thing necessary.... SEO, blogging, artwork, coding, any other tech work, social media... and on and on and on. If you're like most people and need to work a demanding day job to pay the bills, you're gone from home 9 to 12 hours per day, leaving you with little time to run a T-Shirt business, which is a full time job itself.

Dude, these cost items you listed seems excessive for someone just starting out. I did the same a few years ago. I was looking at the money but failed to concentrate on the basics. Long story short, I had to give away all my stock, as the finished product wasn't something I would buy, so, I couldn't in all honesty sell them. I've gone back to basics. Develop just one design, get public feedback. If good, I get the orders and print. if bad, I move on to the next. This way, I'm not lumped with non-selling stock. I only got two designs now. Feedback's been good. I'm still not printing until I have a prototype which I'm happy with, which will then seal the deal for me to collect money from potential customers. Website has been taken down. I'm using Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat for now. All free, just my time is required. Website will be back up when demand requires it. Be ruthless in identifying where you missed it, where waste is being generated, etc. Deal with these while carrying your customers along and I believe you should be doing fine in no time
