Quick PSA to anyone looking to do ANY urban exploration / ghost hunt / whatever else has you going to creepy abandoned places, here are some tips: 1. Always have an exit strategy. If anything is in there with you, know your way around, make sure you know the way out, and have multiple routes there if you need to run. 2. Never underestimate the potential of versatile equipment. Something like a crowbar, a hatchet, a bat, or a big wrench. Things like these can not only help you break out of someplace for a quick escape, it also never hurts to have an improvised weapon, or even a real weapon. BE PREPARED. 3. Know your limits and play smart. If you do encounter someone lurking around somewhere and they turn out to be hostile, do not engage them unless you have no choice. There is no shame in running and hiding from a legitimate threat. And if you're in a group, stay together, never go off alone, always have at least one other person with you if you do split up and watch each other's backs. And never underestimate a good walkie talkie or personal radio in the event that something goes wrong.

For a non ghost hunting urban exploration channel, Urbex Hill seems to "accidentally" catch something strange in virtually every video recently. It's almost like he's realised that these videos get the most views. I can't prove it of course, but it's rather strange how he's suddenly catching so many of these "strange things" lately.
