This called is sepak takraw in asia we playing this sport every week or every day in afternoon..i am from indonesia btw.,in indonesia especially eastern in indonesia, namely sulawesi island this sport is quite popolar at there..we know how to play this game and we know there's risk of injury when some flip kick/smash... Fun fact : this game so fun and so hard/hurt🤣 cause the ball so hard cause made of hard plastic and bolts or rattan so u how hurts u think when u headers.🤣🤣

This ball is kane ball...but also make of palastic today...orginal from Burma since( Bagan age) that first kingdom age in southeast asia. ..in burma orginally they play it without net... like freestyle...in model age malaysia and Thailand created very interesting game of Kaneball with Net...it is called (Sepak Takraw. ..)the mean of sepak is malaysian meaning (Kick). .and( Takraw)is Thai language means( kick)

you blocked the spiking ball with the back of your body, so it could bounce back better to opponents area, just like volleyball game blocking using your hand.if you did not turn your back the hard kicked ball might break your nose.now they are using plastic material to make the ball,last time made of dried rattans.
