Sir ji meri classic 350, bs3, 2012 model ko chale hue ab 2 lakh kms ke upar ho chuke hai and aaj tak kabhi bhi clutch plates kharab nahi hui, na change karane ki jarurat padi aur na engine mein koi problem ayi! 🙂💪 Pick up bhi bilkul sahi hai, mileage aram se meri bike 40-45 km/ltr ka deti hai.

Nicely explained, brother. I have classic 350, I ride quite gently and take care of minimum clutch press as I ride 90% on the highway. I maintain and adjust the clutch free play timely. However, whenever I press the clutch lever I hear mild cluttering noise from the clutch housing even though I have never face any other clutch related issues. Acceleration is fine, Pull is adequate. I visited the service center to rectify the isse but everything seems to be fine. I tried changing the clutch cable also but result is the same. Have you any idea from where is the noise coming out?

Bhai apne² jo bataya wo bas clutch plate se nahi hoti clutch basket, clutch centre clutch hub se bhi hoti hain aur kabi² clutch basket bhi damage ho toh clutch slip karti hain kyu ki damage hone ke karab clutch ko sahi se PLAY hone nahi deta ishliye usse bhi kabi² slip karti hain clutche

I havs a Pulsar 125, 2 years 15,000kms, 5services done (all at Bajaj service, 7months interval, Under my supervision), I have taken care of this bike like a baby. I'm aware of all the good and bad habits for the bike. Recently i have started to feel the Pickup is getting lower and lower. Visited service center, guy said, you've burned your clutch plate, another technician says you've not burned it completely but have weak plates. Got it checked from an local mechanic, he says your bike is working fine. But i feel something is off, it doesn't ride the same as earlier. I ride my bike mileage centric slow cruising 40-50kmph usually, i do not rest my fingers on clutch lever, i do not run bike on half clutch. I don't get it how could the plates be burned or be weakned just by 15000 even after taking soo much care. In the service center visit, i got my Spark plugs checked, i got the air filter cleaned, No update available for the ecu. Do i need to check something else ? Am i missing something?

Meri nayi bike gixxer sf 250 jo ab tak only 900 kms chali hai us me tappid ki noise aa gayi hai within 300kms n jab ki mein kavi 5000 rpm k upar chalaya nahi as referred in the manual aur within 3 - 4 k rpm pe hi gear shift demand kar rahi hai bike. 60kmph me hi 6th gear demand kar rahi hai bike. I fell like it's a manufacturing defect. I don't feel the torque n power that this bike should deliver.

#need help for some days when I am riding on 4-7k rpm hornet 160r bs4 bike keeps stalling and not starting on self and kick slipping. After sometime keeping the bike off the bike starts . Today it wasn’t even starting after stalling so I put the bike on 2nd gear and jump started it by rolling the bike . After then I travelled for 1 km and put the bike on rest . When I started again it was normal. Doesn’t seen it happening while riding under 4-5k rpm (complete relaxed driving)What is the possible reasons?

I have changed himalayan bs4 clutchplate assembly in 2022 but right now i am feeling the same symptoms of lack of power and sluggish performance. I have changed air filter .spark plug but still with pillon of 70kg bike hardly reach to 80 even on highways. Need to throttle much for power. It feels like bike is trying to drag its own weight. Also real wheel feels like lack of power at low rpm. When i am alone i feel much power in bike then with pillion still of low rpm bike feels like not having enough momentum and need to accelerate aggressively. Is it the clutch plage issue or something elseand if yes how it got worn out so fast after 2022 i have hardly ridden 5 to 6k kms.is it due to somecriding style error or something else ? Please guide me sir 🙏
