Even though this is somewhat accurate, being a perfectionist is not something to be proud of, It can ruin a person in the long run. We want everything to be perfect and this really gets difficult on a day to day basis. We think so much about getting things right rather than getting it done. Moving on to relationships, I would say us Virgo's prefer someone who is similar to us on many accounts, as we are fully aware that if something doesn't live up to our expectations, we do not tolerate it. Lastly, Virgo's are really outspoken, and we get misunderstood most of our lives.

I’m a Virgo, I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder years ago and kept having panic attacks. I tried medication- SSRIs which made me worse. I stopped taking them. The best things I found for it, not medicine, you should tackle your mind. Thinking was my worst enemy. Perhaps try relaxation hypnotherapy and/or meditation. The best thing was CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You can get a self help book which you can note down what you’re feeling and then you work out step by step why you feel as you do and somehow it kind of makes you feel better. I was diagnosed with Obsessive Anxiety a year ago and took a little bit of medication ,"Serotonina" it's called and thinking it like a pill someone else with a headache or stomach could take except I was taking it for mood changes and panic . Didn't get addicted to it even in some cases I was forgetting to take them ...but these kind of medications are just a little piece of what seems the diagnose to be , the rest is all in our hands and the work we put on ourself to get better , to stay down to earth and see the things as they are and not trying to overanalyzing even tho is hard for a Virgo not to😂 I am better now and certainly not from the medication ..Being a Virgo is hard🙍

Virgo here: Good friend and good listener? Yep, those are for certain. Hypochondriac? A thousand times NO. If anything, I'm completely the opposite. I'm especially stubborn about illnesses and refuse to go to the doctor. In fact the last time I visited the doctor was about 12 years ago, and I was forced to go there by my mother. Controlling? Nope, not really. Most of the time I just go with the flow. Problem solver? Yep, that's on the money. We can make decisions without emotions, so we kind of know what's best for everyone. We're also perfectionists and would stop at nothing to make sure we achieve said goals. We're also realistic, we analyze everything, and we have a plan for everything due to our anxiety prone nature, we worry a lot. And we also don't mind doing the dirty work. We want to be our best, so we would also question/check ourselves. Keeping ourselves in order. However this also comes with bad sides. 1. We might be a bit too controlling, people might resent us. (Dictator-ish) 2. We worry too much, we second guess a lot and we might over analyze things that aren't there. This can lead to paranoia, which isn't good for any leader. 3. Indecisiveness, since we often overanalyze and want to make others happy, we might get stuck trying to make decisions. 4. Stress, we already feel like we're carrying the world on our shoulders, too much can lead to anxiety, stress and overthinking, which can lead to severe depression.
