My Benjamin Pumpers. I just never could get a break barrel to be accurate enough. But my 397/392s are pellet on pellet!

My favorite PCP airgun is the airforce texan ss in .45 cal. With its 400+ fpe and its shrouded barrel. I just wish it had a higher fps such as 1130fps like the .30 cal has and still remains it's full power.

Interesting that there would be 3 out of 5 break barrel guns in their list. And that the only top echelon PCP would be an FX rather than a more common or mainstream rifle. I have a small airgun store and while I personally own an AT44-QE Long, Seneca Aspen, FlashPup, Hercules .30, and Diana model 48, the gun that I enjoy shooting the most and just for the pure fun of shooting is also a break barrel; Weihrauch HW97K laminate stock .177. The Diana is a close second along with the AT44. But the bottom line is that despite the ease of shooting the PCPs and their superiority for hunting there is just something profoundly satisfying about shooting a smooth precision break barrel rifle. Partly is is the challenge and the sense of accomplishment that comes with shooting a break barrel effectively. And in the case of the Weihrauch it doesn't hurt to have super clean machining and a gorgeous stock. Actually if the Diana had as nice a stock it might have been a tie. Now lets see a staff competition with everyone shooting at 20 yards (make it fair to the lower powered rifles) with their selected rifles. That would be a fun video!

There really is something satisfying about shooting a springer, especially when range is limited. The idea about a staff competition is a good one! We may do that.

Break barrel springers are just good to shoot , its where it began and takes us back to when we were kids and would shoot with family , and not just that thiere simple , just grab your pellets and the gun and away you go .

Thanks for the insights. Knowing favorite guns among those who deal with them every workday is valuable. My favorite is my self-tuned (with coaching from a very qualified smith) Benjamin Prowler in .22 with a GTX trigger, UTG scope, mounted light, and self-made top-side sling. It's Accurate and surprisingly quiet. $265 in it, and it's performing great. The only two negatives in my opinion are it weighs a bit heavy at 10 lbs, and it's single shot. But the weight is an advantage when shooting. Been enjoying all the videos.

My .22 Seneca Aspen it is more accurate than I am, it’s a self contained pcp. I like the balance and the trigger. I have put 4000 + pellets threw it and it works great. For the break barrel my Hatsan 130s .30 I love this gun for me it’s also been accurate and very powerful as well. I love the thumb hole stock.

Airforce Condor SS .25. Love how quiet, powerful and super accurate it is. A very good light weight and powerful all purpose rifle.

Very nice selections! I like all of them. Out of all of the airguns I've owned.. my #1 is my....25 cal. Hatsan 135 without the QE barrel. I personally modified & tuned it to its limits.. Over 44+ lb. Of energy & more than (1100+) FPS for long distance shooting. Super accurate at any distance. Because it's very big & very heavy, it had to be worth carrying through the woods choosing it over my previous #1.. the lightweight Gamo magnum...

My favorite is still the Weihrauch HW 35E. Not the powerhouse break barrel of those out there now, but classic elegant German quality that is a pleasure to shoot

Well right now I have an Aspen Seneca .25 cal...its very accurate, has power, what I like most is that it is self contained in the air dept...it has a built in air pump that can bring the gun up to it 3600 psi operating pressure in about 80 pumps...its the perfect preppers gun...all you need is pellets...

As of right now. I’ve owned many break barrels, and now two PCP guns. For break barrels I would say Hatsan 95 which was super accurate out to 50 yards. Also the Gamo Swarm .22 for hunting Favorite PCP this far is the Gamo Urban (yes over my Hatsan AT44.

Michel Gaudet It’s a very solid fun for the price. It feels higher quality then the price says it is. Mine has great accuracy. It took awhile to learn how to shoot though. Because it’s so light

I have many firearms that are semiautomatic, when I got interested in PCP air guns the first ones I got were magazine fed but I had to release my stance to index to the next projectile then I found the Hastan bull master it is a bit heavy but it is a semiauto I love to shoot it, and because it is PCP I get manny shots before I have to recharge.

My No. 1 is the Sig Mpx using Prometheus 4.6 grain Sabo steel wadcutters for CQB. or 5.5 grain Prometheus round nose steel pellets. 680 Fps./734 fps. 80/85 deg. One Nasty Badass Combo.

Great video. Just wondering why the lady's choice is now the Diana after saying in an earlier video she and her boys love to shoot the R7? or did Travis beat her to the pick first?
