They are . But what we miss with small stores is they lack knowledge about hygiene . Few ignore it like medium size who have good set of money but the ground places are not equipped either with knowledge or with money to handle it. We as a country are in the shift thanks to raids they will start being more cautious . I hope food department puts time in helping small eateries understand the same. I am a fostac professional myself so i know.
