I believe so! Best way to get around in crete is by car, as the island is very large. But amazing!!

I would rent one close to the airport, there are several companies who rent! Honestly right inside the town, I am not sure if there are any rental services

Hello! I did not. It depends on where your license is from, if you have a European driving license, I think you never need it. Also, Greece is pretty relaxed in terms of bureaucracies
