Kamakura is a very beautiful place. I used to live in Yokohama,visited Kamakura once.Its like heaven. I recommend all to visit Kamakura.

Kamakura is definitely worth a day trip from Tokyo. If you arrive early in the morning you can see The Great Buddha with basically nobody there. Looking forward to more videos :) keep up the great work.

I slipped down a section of the hiking trails here badly injuring my ankle. It took me over an hour to limp out. TLDR I fell down the hiking trail here tearing all my lateral and posterior ligaments. Make sure you alert people as to where you are going before taking these trails.

we did a little bit of hiking in the western hills in early November. As a tipp, if you don't like Spiders you shouldn't take a step onto smaller trails ;) Does Enoshima not count to Kamakura? The sunset there was the most beautiful part of our daytrip.

Fun fact: If you know godzilla, Kamakura is actually the name for shin godzilla 2016, Shin godzilla has 5 forms. Shin 1 and shin 5s names are unknown but shin 4s name is kamakura san, shin 2s name is kamata kun and shin godzilla 3rd forms name is shinagawa kun. *please like this comment or pin this comment!
