Coop Badges can be obtained as well when assisting in Mist/Roulette/GH. My friends are doing ticket rotation for this run, which include guild badges as well (if one assisting is a guildmate).

Is there a level penalty on item drops even during freya's luck?

From all the testing and trials I've done and a few other testimonies, so far there doesn't seem to be any penalty on drops. Like for example at level 40-45 when I was hunting thara frog with battle time I would get about 400-500 empty bottles. And when I hunt them again at level 70+ with freya I would get about 700-800 empty bottles
