What do you mean pick the apple from the center? I never understood the center coming from it

It means it the same as doing the style from the side. Means you open your hand and you close it one finger at a time. It gives it a rotation affect and looks very nice 😉

We always look around our space and decide when it's appropriate and when it's not. If it's extremely busy we keep our arms natural closer to our body ofcourse. But if there's space and the right moment we go for it 😇

Are you sure this is for salsa and bachata?? You should play the music too so that we can see how it goes together

Yes I'm sure 😅. I didn't play music cause it would be adapted differently to different style. But it's important to just practice them individually for coordination, flexibility and so on 😉🤩
