I think the rpm speeding up to cut thru bulk has been misunderstood. Most clippers will get lower rpm when cutting thru bulk so I think they just mean it will speed up to stay at the same rpm even when cutting thru bulk. It doesn't speed up higher than the advertised rpm rather it speeds up to counter the rpm drop from the bulk. I hope this makes sense.

I got the trolls for $38 on Amazon. I put a babyliss blade on and it fit my Wahl guards wayy better. These clippers are pretty good. It might be placebo effect that makes me want to think the main brands like Wahl and babyliss are better but these can with stand a fulls days work no problem

Since I already have the Boosted with a faper blade that Machete clipper would kind of be redundant, but I've been very interested in picking up a clipper with a taper blade and I'm loving the pink on that Troll. Also loving the price. I've used babyliss pro clippers and I like them well enough but I HATE the price.

So far all the Tpob clippers I’ve tried I ended up using for a couple days and returning back to Amazon. The Slime, XO Slime and Yeti. The all just aren’t impressive. The cut ok on straight hair clients but majority of my clients are Black and Coarse haired and the clippers just do cut well through the hair. Fading is ok , debulking is horrible . The feel sturdy and heavy aside from the Slime but they just don’t perform to my standard. Luckily I was able to return and get refunded . I’m waiting for the PLAY in the mail. Hopefully I get better results because the clipper design is amazing and Slime green is my favorite color so I want so bad to add A pair of these to my arsonal . On the other hand . Those XO/X trimmers are monsters !!! Best in the game .even better than Babyliss . I’m waiting for the Clippers technology to catch up, not quite there yet IMO

I ordered the slime pack but I’m still waiting on them to ship, I read on the website that they ship within48 hours but I ordered Tuesday and it’s Friday and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number and I paid for express shipping. 😂that's the funny thing😂 if you get a hold of the phantom, it's the same as sc/gamma x-ergo, but cheaper. The troll is a copy of one of the Wahl's, but has a better casing except for the clear plastic being brittle, also cheaper. The Troll is a straight across dupe for the Babyliss lo-pro fx, and way cheaper. Tpob found all their manufacturers and is selling them for a better price for us barbers. I'm waiting on a detachable blade dupe. As soon as it drops, it's going on my counter. If he made them in a purple color way, id buy them all again, but I'm themed out with pink and green right now
