I recommend kinera celest sky! But i personally prefer a standart usb mic. Using cable that has mic on it actually degrade your sound quality a little bit if you arent using the right dac/amp. @@dexxter9502

These things are supposed to feel like there's nothing in your ear and you need a good seal to feel the sound so a foam tip kit should be ordered along your IEMs to get the best gaming experience. The silicone tips that these come with are good enough to start off but foam is where it's at and for strictly gaming, dual driven IEM's also have an advantage in sound separation and bass. @@KIINGCHUCHO Hi there. I have the same Cloud 3 Wired and also the iem tangzu and moondrop chu (altho its 1st ver). I can say that the cloud 3 sounds better if u install the Ngenuity app then turn on DTS setting. u can disable ngenuity in start-up apps if u dont need it to run in background in the pc. since the setting stays on the headphone.

Got my zero 2 today and rly happy with it, im using a g435 for games where sound doesn't really matter like league of legends but this just made my completion of "senua's saga hellblade 2" so much more immersive

@@BohmanderTCG well between them and my razer black shark v2 that costed almost 100 I prefer to use them in fps games, Im driving both the zero 2 and kz zs10 pro x for a couple of weeks and rly enjoying both. The only meh thing with the zero 2 is the cable. It doesn't stay fixed under your ear properly especially if u use glasses but a 5 bucks cable on Amazon should fix that

Man, Senua's is great.. I loved to play it with my ZSN Pro X, truly inmersive and the voices everywhere, were surprisingly stunning! I remember that my first IEM for gaming porpouses was the KZ EDX (not, pro, prox or lite just EDX) and i was absolutely impressive because it cost only 5 USD to me, and the sound in game was great and then I tested listening to music and i fell in love with IEMS. Now, i have the EDX at work, The ZSN Pro X for Gaming and general use in my PC and KZ Castor Bass and Harman, for listening to music... all of them cheap, all of them Great!

Interesting video. I would like to add that i have KZ Castor Harman (the one in this video), KZ Castor Bass, KZ EDX, EDX Pro, EDX Pro X, EXX Lite and ZSN Pro X, and for gaming, and general use i prefer the last i've mentioned... KZ ZSN Pro X. The black one lose it's paint easily unfortunately, but the sound is stunning for gaming, and in shooters you can hear steps much better than the others, but for music, y really love both Castor models, the Harman sounds detalied and the Bass Edition it's my favorite one, detailed but with a great Bass in there giving an extra delicious punch...by far, (having in mind the price)the besto one for listening to music, and again, for gaming, SZN Pro Xover all.Greetings

About base on KZ EDX Pro x, it is there, may be not as in the face as others, the silicone tips fixed it for me as I thought they were faulty... bigger size made them seal better and sorted the issue for me

When I first got Tangzu Warner Green the sound quality was As they mentioned but there was no punch bass as of , so I Upgraded the Cable with 0.78mm Tripowin C8 Cable it cost me around 2k but trust me this Cable Changed the aspect of Listening 🎶 everything. I will say I ordered the zero 2 and waners at the same time. I found that the waner had better fitting tips that really closed off my ears to hear the bass. The zeros didn’t but when I used the tips from their waner iems on the zero 2, I could hear that the waners definitely had more bass. It really falls on the ear tips to really bring the sound out of these things.

My only complaint is that I didn't get the foam eartips like he showed in the video. Just some transparent silicone tips which I don't like but I just got a different 3rd party set.

I own a KZ DQS. It honestly sounds very good especially for the price of $10. Though I recommend to only use it in 80% volume, because some people are sensitive to the high frequency, but I honestly enjoy using it in music listening and for gaming

Drove Caster daily for about 2 weeks, it sounds amazing for the price, especially the treble extension; not necessarily detailed and clean but somewhat upfront, clear and airy, which I believe is just a tiny bit better than Wan-Er but qc issues often happening, I had one pair which was too shouty than what it should be.

Good picks. I have the EDX Pro X and Castor Harman. Among all my IEMs. The Castor Harman is actually my favorite for gaming. Over the Tripowin Olina & Artti T10 even. Recently ordered the Supermix 4 which I suspect will dethrone it. I would recommend not to consider iems from KZ if you're looking iems for gaming. It's great for listening to music and watching movies and stuff in fact it's better than most of the iems reviewed in this video for that but I have kz zsn pro 2 and believe me it's horrible in gaming(for valorant) maybe it's because of the sound engine used in the game. The footsteps can be heard clearly and the direction of footsteps can be predicted from far but it's sounds very mushy even the gun firing sounds very mushy. I've researched on this and turns out that almost every iem from KZ have this problem. My heart just shattered when I used it in valorant. How can such a good sounding iems provide bad experience in a game. I haven't tested it much in story games, although I played ghost of tsushima for some time and it seemed fine (better than valorant) but this may be because my ears are now used to hearing that sound I am not sure. Conclusion: Go over more reviews for iems from KZ and be specific on your research if you find it suitable based on your use then you can consider it.

Using the KZ ZS10 Pro 2 and Castor Pro Bass Edition also for CS2 and it seems perfectly ok. Good thing is you can tune these with the switches. I usually turn the lows down to better hear the environment but downside is the gunshots are quite painful.

I'm pretty sure the KZ Castor are the best for Valorant because I tried the Tangzu Waner and the Salnotes, and they were exactly as the guy in the video explained - really, really bad for gaming, especially the Salnotes! My ears almost exploded because of them... The Tangzu Waner is amazing for listening to music, watching movies, and stuff like that, but unfortunately, not really made for gaming. You can hear enemies if they come from the left or right, but not from behind or in front, and you can't even tell how far away they are... Tbh I think you shouldn't go for IEMs in that price category. Stick to a cheap headset, instead of buying one of these. Back then when I was on a budget setup, I was using the Logitech G335 and they were amazing (now HyperX Cloud 3)! I hit Immortal 2 with them :D

@@DnyaneshBaviskar-sn6gt i dont know I only have the chu 2 iem and my over ear samson sr850 and i connect them to my fiio e10k olympus 2 They sound fantastic and the sound is so crystal clear.If my house is noisy i use the chu 2.otherwise for that extra bit of sound stage and precision in verticality of high or low ground players in apex legends i always prefer my samson sr850.but the chu2 is really good and cs 2 i can hear really well with precise location.apex also really good.

The wan’er isn’t good for music? It’s probably the best one out of these for music lol. Try pulling up on the back of your ears when inserting to get a deeper seal. Also try different tips, I dont think you are getting a proper seal.

So with the Chu 2, Zero 2 and the Wan'er you can purchase an aftermarket cable that has a boom mic on it. With the other two IEMs I'm not sure there are cables with boom mics but you can purchase cables for them that have an integrated microphone

They feel ass at first but you get used to them plus pros use them in pro matches tho they surely are worse than a regular headset. After 3 4 games i got used to chu 2 iems i prefer iems now tldr: they definitely can but worse then a regular headset

My preference is not a lot or a little bass, it is accuracy. Any headsets, IEMs, or speakers goal should be to be as full range (producing extremely low bass, and extremely high trebles) as possible without any drops along the frequency range. MOST IEMs in general do not do this, and really focus only on the latter half of frequency response, thus incorrectly recreating the sound.

I bought a set of the KZ Castor based off your recommendation. I ordered the set without the mic and they didn't come with the foam tips. Also the directional sound was terrible. Is there a setting I need to use? I couldn't work out where other players were and it was too heavy bass wise.
