Yes, CRC is a good project. Prices in CRC sublimes are trading at 9500-10500 per square feet.

I think you missed civitech strings in this list, it's far better than arihant abode as it is a 3 side open project for every apartment, and arihant is conjusted only front tower will get proper ventilation

Civitech strings is good ? are you kidding me. just look at the loading of those 1250/1275 sqft 3bhk. The floor plan is a joke. 29% loading on a semi-mivan construction. What are you going to do with a 3 side open apartment when the 3bhk itself is crammed and conjusted.

It’s better not to invest solely for appreciation right now. If you’re looking for a place to live, this could be a good choice. The market is unpredictable, and we believe prices may not rise significantly for at least the next 1.5 to 2 years. If you’re set on investing, smaller projects might offer better opportunities.
