hey, if someone does get them graded and they are 9's or 10's and then they store them in a freezing basement or a steam room, do they still remain a 9 or 10? 🤓

Why would anyone grade cards under 100 dollars not worth it under 50 you'll make a loss I have around 2 million cards none are graded so I would sell mine raw if I could part with any
