Two I would’ve added to the list would have been: The Watcher from Darksiders 1 as he constantly mocks War, tries to show his power over your him and is just an all round jerk. I’d also go with Leandros from Space Marine, he constantly hounds you about not adhering to the Codex Astartes, then snitches on you to the Inquisition due to Captain Titus surviving warp energy.
