I get why people like your matchup at 10:49 but I think there’s a way better fit for Grim: Beetlejuice The tones, humor and aesthetics of Grim Adventures and Beetlejuice fit like a glove together. Imagine something like Bill vs Discord but as a Halloween matchup. It’d be great!

There's also one REALLY hype fight I'd want to see for Mandy in a solo capacity: EDELGARD. You've got Red vs. Pink. Demonic imagery (Mandy's hair, Edelgard's crown). The Scythe (Mandy would, absolutely, borrow Grim's scythe) vs. An Axe. And they're both, basically, a flavour of cynical atheist. The banter on that fight alone? INSANE what they could come up with. (I came up with a Mandy v Edelgard match-up when someone brought up Edelgard vs. Kylo Ren. And...there's no real visual similarity, there's no weapon similarity, there's no power similarity and you can't even really claim the, loose, ideological similarity of "both evil", because Edelgard isn't ALWAYS framed as evil. She IS, however, always a cynical atheist.)

One matchup that I wish people would stop dismissing is Azula (Avatar: TLA) vs. Juri Han (Street Fighter). The ways their personalities compare and contrast give believable reasons for them to hate each other and would make for a fun fight dynamic. This wouldn’t just be fight to the death, for them it’s a struggle for dominance. Azula would try to prove that she can tame this beast while Juri will do everything she can to get under Azula’s skin and make her lose her composure.

Plus, there’s been way bigger power discrepancies in matchups that still gave us good fights. Even if I accept the idea that Azula can just incinerate Juri, I don’t see why that should get in the way of a fun fight dynamic.

Awesome! there are some fun matchups such as Snoopy vs Garfield, Perry vs Skipper and Jack vs The Grinch. There are some not so fun such as Luigi vs Springtrap, I’d prefer PAC-Man for Luigi’s opponent, and there are matchups I’ve been wanting for a while like Shrek vs Sulley, Indiana Jones vs Captain Jack Sparrow, Bowser vs Eggman and especially Finn and Jake vs Mordecai and Rigby.

My Most wanted Death Battle Matchup goes to Mai Vs Prowler (Avatar vs Marvel) and If that happens then the Winner is Going to be The Prowler but at least Mai would put up a Good Fight. Connections (Spoiler Alert) - Both Were Recruited/Hired By Intimidating Villains to Take Down The Heroes (Azula And Wilson Fisk) - Both have the Same Set of Acrobatic, Fighting and Stealth Skills. - They Both Don't see Eye to Eye With their Family Members (Mai with her Parents Due to their jobs and The Prowler with his Big Brother Jeff Morales Due to Jeff being a cop and Aaron being The Prowler) - Both Have a Soft Spot for at least 1 person (Mai with Her On/Off Boyfriend Zuko While Prowler With his Nephew Miles Morales) - When They Both Realized that the Person that They Cared about is Doing the Right thing, They gave them time to Let Them Escape. - Both Eventually Made their Final stand and Sacrificed themselves So that Their Loved ones can Move Forward on Their mission. - After Betraying Their Friend/Boss They Prefer to Face the Consequences For their Betrayal rather than Do something that will Hurt their Loved ones. (Mai Along with Ty Lee Ended up imprisoned While The Prowler Died By Fisk's Gun) - Eventually (and this is For the Insomniac Spider-Man Prowler) They Both did Get a Happy End in a way. (Mai Gets out of Prison and Reunites with Zuko while Aaron Davis gets out of Jail For Parole and Retiring The Prowler Persona)

Very good work on the video stripe nice job with some unique matchups either way guess I should give my thoughts on each of them since I did that last time Moon vs seiya is quite a fun matchup even if I have little experience regarding both tho madoka isn’t that good in my eyes but that’s just me Perry vs skipper is super fun love the idea for banter and I’d imagine it could be very entertaining shame that universal perry one shots skipper While I prefer other fnaf matchups and I prefer Luigi vs shaggy fnaf vs Luigi sounds very fun and genuinely close Rider vs spawn sounds very cool and could be a very high scale matchup and genuinely close Patrick vs goofy is very fun while I prefer Ed vs Patrick this still sounds super fun and could be very funny if done right Sandman vs clayface is one of the few marvel vs dc matchups I really care about and I just think it sounds neat I just wish i liked clayface more While I prefer Shaun the sheep vs Otis Alex sounds pretty fun and could be very funny Loki vs kefka sounds neat I prefer Marx for kefka but I think this could be cool shame that kefka dies Tmnt battle royals sounds very cool the original was actually the first episode I watched tho I do think the versions of the turtles should be different leo should be the 2012 version as he’s basically the main character of the series and develops more then the others ( plus he’s my I'll give you Raph, but technically, Leo is the face of all shows besides Rise, and 87 is the most iconic version of all 4 A part of me still likes Sans Koro, but yeah, I can see why Mono is more popular Wait people don't like Collector Spinel? Rool vs Gutt is hilarious actually KILLER COCK You're right it WOULD be sex tier!!! Vector Shrek is hilarious actually Ozai Father actually works frick I still like this match, but yeah, Robot Boy is probably better This was made before Mortimer was super popular. @@StripeSquid The whole universal perry thing Is something I’m not certain on I haven’t seen the show myself but I’ve heard from people who have that he apparently reaches that level without any marvel or Star Wars scaling I mean yeah Leo can be argued as the main of the others but I don’t entirely agree mikey was always the biggest character in the 1987 series and I think when people bring up tmnt most would think of mikey and mainly think of the 87 series and while I haven’t seen the 2003 series the 2012 series had Leo be more of a main then the other versions I’ve heard that people aren’t the biggest fans of collector vs spinel either because it isn’t thematic because it’s a stomp people prefer other matchups for them or other reasons I don’t remember witch kinda sucks because it sounds really cool and fun Good old killer COCK is a bit of a inside joke pro tip never visit the Batman Arkham reddit you’ll never be the same again While I sadly don’t remember the connections for ozai vs father and the original video that had the matchup was deleted I remember their connections being that they basically act the complete opposite aside from being evil and having fire and it sounds dope

These are some amazing matchup especially Adnrias Asgore and the Nick Villians vs CN Villians. Luigi vs FNAF also is super fun. It also made me think of a matchup I really love hear me out, Vilgax vs Lord Dominator two galatic threats that embody the sheerest forms of hate and evil and both use robotic enhancements to help in combat. If you do use every bit of material for Hook he has a damn good chance against K. Rool because the Disney Mirrorverse version of Hook seems to have canonically overcome his fear of crocodiles. And it’s also stated Hook has beat characters like King Triton and Hercules in 1v1s. So honestly composite Hook probably wins.

I keep forgetting how frequent Hook is in crossovers. I doubt that's the only time he's fought Herc and Maui and characters like them. Heck, on the crocodile thing, Return to Neverland somewhat implies he killed it, or at least isn't bothered by it anymore

Honestly for Splatoon, I would honestly prefer if the agents (Cap 3, Agent 8, Agent 4, Agent 3) are used instead, since they mainly are the only ones who works and have actual feats. And I would also prefer it personally since they aren't faceless characters and have actual personalities and would be better for the series in a matchup. This has nothing to do with death battle, but a good matchup/rivalry that I always have in my own personal head cannon would be Veronika/Agent 3 from Splatoon 3, and Juliana from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Both have braid hair styles, both have their own cannon friend group, Hiro and the others for Veronika and Arven, Penny, and Nemona for Juliana. Both have a partner whom always travel along side with them, Koraidon and Little Buddy, and with their own set partner beaten a threat that risk each of their own world by trying to bring elements of the past that is no more (AI Sada and Mr.Grizz). This matchup will never happen ever but I'm fine with that, it is something I plan to draw one day and it is something that I had in the back of my mind once I finished the indigo disk for pokemon and realised the similarities. I experienced Scarlet and Splatoon 3, and I cherish those two game and their characters so much so that probably why I noticed and realised this and also just wanted to share my thoughts as well for the Splatoon matchup.
