6:04 The difference between fastballs in and fastballs away is that for fastballs in you have to hit it out in front of the plate in order to get the barrel to it and hit for power. For fastballs away you have to let them travel in the zone and hit backside. So your timing is different for inside and outside cuz you have to wait longer to swing
