Kaguya-sama is easily the best romance ever made, but I completely agree with the top 5, except for Komi, which had almot no romance in the first two seasons, only in the manga after a lot of chapters I could find real romance material.

Is monogatari romance though? I mean, it sure has romance and I quite like the romance part, but its far from being the main focus
