Oh yeah, the PeeWee crack PSA came out when I was a kid. Even then we laughed at his voice saying something so serious. I remember a lot of the anti-drug PSAs from the 80s that used celebrities like actors or musicians in their ads. What I didn't know at that tender age that most of those celebrities were doing those PSAs as court-ordered penance for a crime, usually being caught with drugs, LOL.

The anorexia/bulimia PSA was painful to watch as one of my best friend's is battling an eating disorder now. She's so convinced that food is the enemy and that she's overweight. I know that it isn't possible but if only she could see what I do. The last one is sad. I remember visiting in law family (at the time) and the granddaughter cried out; 'No mommy, no wine, you will act weird when you drink wine' when the mother got a second glass of wine. The mother than said; 'Shush, mommy deserves a second glass of wine, because mommy worked hard' and in the end, two bottles were empty, they were giggling like infants and the daughter was on her own, in the corner, trying to draw and colour with pencils. Fun Fact: The directors of the MMP ads are actually all famous directors who took turns! They include Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, Requiem For a Dream), Tony Kaye (American History X), and Alejandro González Iñárritu (The Revenant, Birdman). I think what's 'scary' about house hippo is that it plays on the fact that so much false info can be easily believed or construed as true nowadays, by the way it's twisted or portrayed. The commercial is cute, but the underlying message is kinda creepy in its own right.
