I personally would have put Broly above Vegito, since in DBM, his power constantly rises, and he survived the ultimate attack from Vegito SSJ3. The zenkai he would have gotten from that, plus the hax from the LSSJ transformation would be godly. If he wasn't sent back to his universe, he would have come back. I'm also not certain how Buu compares to Vegito. Buu is incredibly smart and tactical, and doesn't seem afraid of Vegito, which suggest they are at least on the same level. Still not sure, though. Otherwise, great list.

King Vegeta in the Universe 10 is kinda weak. these guys lived a very rudimentary life, I doubt this Vegeta was above even the Raditz of Universe 18.

BlueScare45 I don't believe it would be that low for vegeta(universe 10) as the only difference between universe 10 and universe 18 is that the supreme kais killed the frost demons(cold, cooler, and frieza) in universe 10, but the war between saiyans and tsufuls still happened which was led by king vegeta(vegeta's dad). What I'm getting at is yes the saiyans of universe 10 would not have advanced much without frieza's intervention, but still they grew from generation after generation in power. I say in base form, vegeta(universe 10) would at least be as strong as bardock( universe 18, when he tried to fight frieza solo).

Just a K-Garbage Dump That's a big highball dude. Goku should be low Multi-Universal at Max. Also Multiversal =/= Multi-Universal. For example Zeno is Multiversal, Angels should be High Multi-Universal, Goku is Low Multi-Universal and Beerus in-between angels and Goku.

You have to remember Kakarot was under orders to go easy on Pan and he never really tried against Pan. Had they fought after she went SSJ then we'd get a better indication of her power. Kold himself in his Original Form was stated to be 17/18 Level and when he powered up to 100% Semi-Perfect Cell Level (in the DBM novel). I'd say Bardock is slightly below Android level based on how he fared. Doesn't really change much for how he's ranked here. I'd bump U18 Pan down to below him.

Salagrir himself has confirmed "Kold">>Cooler>Frieza whenever they are in the same form so I'd switch Cooler and Frieza's spots dbmenglish.freeforums.net/post/19215/thread Here's a link with him stating so. I'd boost Tidar and Xeno w/ their Elite Armor over the humans as they are capable of taking down a SSJ2, have the hax Anti-G and the even more hax Carbonite as well as the Energy Blade which are huge game changers I'd still rate Goku and Vegeta as weaker than Gohan because in the novel right before Pan faces Kakarot in order to pep her up Goku asks her who the strongest is and she replies Gohan and Goku states he agrees. Gast, in terms of RAW POWER, I'd put at Mystic Gohan level at max. He seemed to barely have an edge over SSJ3 Vegeta, got fucked by Hatchiyack and needed to exploit his weakness to win though he has mad hax and techniques.

This list ain't only about raw power tho. Frieza is weaker than Cooler, but he's got the edge due to his magic techniques Buu gave him. I'd say Ten & Krilin should be able to counter those; even if their armor are hax, these 2 have a great deal of techniques that can easily counter their tech, and oneshot in an even more secure way. tbh I'd mostly place Goku above Gohan by hype, he's layed pretty low so far, and barely fought anyone worthy. Remember this Hatchiyack is way more powerful than the one in the OVA, dude powers up by anger, and he got Broly, the Cold Family, and the whole Saiyan race fueling him. Besides he didn't really fight enough with Prince Veggie to really know, but since Raichi can draw the fullest potential of his dead warriors, it's highly possible Ghost Vegeta was stronger than his living version. Also he got mad regen & magic tricks.
