I‘d personally skip on the 7900gre. When you want 60fps 4k the 7800XT is perfectly fine and cheaper and you get some additional games. When you want 80 to 100+ fps in 4k then the 7900XT is a super choice. It is almost as powerful as the 4080 and 300$ cheaper and also with more vram. This card could last someone over 10years in terms of performance.

Does the 7900xtx cost the same as the 4090? No, so then why compare them when eve AMD themselves said that it competes with the 4080. I'm telling you, people see what they want.
