We considered building in both Dilworth and Wilden but the necessity of a car to get anywhere and the steep roads due to being on a mountain made it a terrible place for kids and bicycles. We found a lot in S.E. Kelowna. It is away from town but offers more access to wilderness and areas for kids to play

Hi Myron. We focused on how the prices between different neighbourhoods compare relative to each other in an attempt to keep the video more relevant over time. Unfortunately stating prices would make the video outdated within a month. If you watch a recent market update on my channel it’ll give you a solid idea of the value in these different neighbourhoods. Major price changes over the last month. Even a few of the insane modern mansions have come down a bit. Be nice to see what a couple of those houses in sheer water court end up selling for.

Is it easy to access medical care like a family doctor etc?

Plenty of walk in clinics ( if you don't mind the wait ) ,,, to be honest finding a family Doctor can be quite difficult.

@jacob singerkraus still have many friends living there and they sent me lots of pictures and been back visiting many times
