1:50 OK, but this is obviously a fake one. You can see bad unreal contrast and focus differences on the picture. The main character is well focused although he is not much closer than the very blurred other ones to the left. He is much lighter too (!) And his abdomen is weird, he has no belly-button. The muscles in the side-belly look nothin like that, there are no ribs there or any horizontal wrinkles. Someone who knows photography can tell you this is not an original picture. And a man in that condition wouldn't be able to walk, he'd be very sick of fat losses. This is a bad fake photo.
