Yes she did train before the tournament, and if you think she is still as strong as she was in Z then you payed 0 attention to Super's powerscalling. 18 beat enemies that put up a decent fight against base Goku and SSJ Vegeta. Base Copy Vegeta one shotted SSJ3 GOTENKS a couple of arcs ago! There's no way 18 is still as strong as she was in Z.

She only train one day, is imposible to become stronger training only one day with krilin. In my opinión goku and vegeta in base form are similar to Z. In Golden freezer saga and copy vegeta saga seems that they have a ssGod level in base form, but in the other sagas they have a normal power because they transform in ssj1 and ssj2. In my opinión Dragon ball super have some inconsistencies.

If Gohan, Krillin and Majin Buu can become super strong after just some hours of training, then so can 18 in Super. Their base forms can't be similar to how they were in Z. Beerus flat out said that Goku absorbed SSG into his base form. Anyone who can put up a fight with them can solo Z.

If goku base is god level how is posible to have a equal fight with future trunks ssj2.And aslo in episode 75 fight gohan before train with piccolo, in a equal fight.In my opinión gohan,krillin and buu dont become super strong.

Goku was holding back to both of them just to have a fight. I think he even said this after fighting with Trunks. Goku was indeed holding back against Krillin, but Krillin still became stronger as pointed out by the narrator. Goku wasn't holding back against Gohan, the narrator said that Gohan's power rivaled Goku's power. Not sure about Buu because his fight with Goku was short, but Goku still said that Buu became stronger. Let's ignore Goku and focus on Vegeta who isn't the holding back type. He one-shotted SSJ3 Gotenks in his base form. For Ribrianne (a character 18 defeated easily) went SSJ and even admired her strenght. Later on Ribrianne was blocking attacks from a serious and angry base Vegeta while her mind was elsewhere.
