I really like how Hyeon Nam told Yeon Jin “how can you threaten someone’s child” and “Aren’t you a mother of a child as well?” That was very huge threat there because not only did she hurt a child during her highschool days and is about to threaten Hyeon Nam to find her daughter, but she forget that SHE IS ALSO A MOTHER AS WELL. This just prove how weak Park Yeon Jin is because she is because the irony is she also lost her child as well because now Ye sol does not want to do anything with her mother no more and just wants her out of her life,

I do believe that Yeon-jin cares for Ye-sol, it is just that she only saw her as a mere extension of herself. She didn't even try to defend her when Ye-sol saw Jae-joon beating up her teacher, which would scar her given how violent it was. She didn't even hesitate to drag her to a potentially unstable relationship by going to Jae-joon once the truth came out about her paternity. Do-yeong has every right to divorce Yeon-jin since it proves that she is unrepentant and inconsiderate to other people's feelings.

Yes, for me that scenes with her mother were the most intense for first time I saw the most intense and challenging scenes between Mong Dong Eun and her crazy mother. Her frustrations, her despair, her anger, and her love fir her mother in spite that her mother betrayed and gave up on her, sided on her enemies because of money. The anguished cry and brokenhearted wailing of Mong dog Eun was the most heartbreaking moment for every viewer. Those scenes, SHK gave out all the needed emotions and expressions of an amazing transformed actress. The next scene where Mong Dong Eun made the decision to have her mother confined in a rehabilitation center for alcoholics showing her stoic and determined expression to put her mither locked in and not to see her again was very intense too. All those scenes I mentioned must be very energy draining. For me, those were the scenes which cemented my belief that SHK has transformed into a master in her career as an actress. She performed beyond our expectation. SHK REALLY DESERVED THE BEST ACTRESS AWARD.💯👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

You all missed the scene when the Dong eun's personal spy (that old lady) when they were meeting for the last time asked her "How she was in childhood" and dong eun replied that she don't know how she was in childhood.... Y'all I immediately broke out during that scene and conversation that 2-3 minutes I cried like a baby.... I cried for the first time in 2023 that too like this.... What a drama!! What a acting and what a script and dialogues!!!!

The only thing that stopped this drama to sweep all the awards is Park Eun-bin extraordinary acting in EAW. That shows how superior this drama is, and also how superior Woo Young Woo portrayal is. What a year in K-drama history!

Just a remark, and to introduce another KDrama to you (if you haven't seen it): "Itaewon Class". Song Hye-kyo is an utter arresting beauty, to be sure, but I find The Glory to be overacted and wooden. Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Itaewon Class are both in a class by themselves! 👍

My favorite thing about this whole show was she got her revenge and didn’t let a man come in between her goal. We got snippets of Dong Euns romance but he encouraged and helped her and never got in the way. We didn’t even see them kiss until her plan was finished. Unlike the show My name (just an example since I see this a lot in shows) She was willing to stop getting her revenge becuase of her man which is something I find annoying. If you’re going to dedicate your life to revenge, let it be revenge worry about you getting him later.

The bullies deserved everything they got. They didn't change as they grew, they just became better at hiding their terrible selves while being an adult. They knew consequences would happen as they became adults. If anything, it was worse because they would've became parents and pattern could've continued to their children. I was very satisfied with the ending of this drama, and its a favorite to watch.

Couple of mistakes. 1. Jeon Jae Jun clearly does not die, he comes back to the surface after falling into the muddy water. 2. It was not exactly Lee Sa-Ra’s drug use what made her act so violent, it was the withdrawal syndrome. On the other hand, loved all the scenes you collected.

The best scenes for me were the scene where Hye-jeong stood up to Yeon-jin and put her in her place. For example, when Yeon-jin confronts Hye-jeong at Jae-jun’s place, Hye-jeong throws a shirt Jae-jun offered her at Yeon-jin, to which I answered by a “Yeah, take that in your face”. I don’t know if I prefer that scene or the scene where Hyeon-nam slaps her, but seeing Yeon-jin being put her place by people that she crushed under her boot (like Hye-jeong or Hyeon-nam) feels very good to watch.

She preserves a rigid hierarchy within her friend group and treats her poorer friends like servants, though she has some affection to the richer ones. She was never loyal to her husband, viewing their union as an unspoken agreement of each playing their due part. Like Malty Melromarc, Yeon-jin holds sway over her pawns via malignant narcissistic practices- such as gaslighting, mind control, breaking down an individual's boundaries and breaking down their individuality. She bullied Dong-eun, Gyeong-ran and So-hee relentlessly during high school, leading to her death. When Dong-eun dropped out of school due to bullying, Yeon-jin assisted in bribing Dong-eun's mother into changing the reason on the drop-out form from "bullying" to "maladjustment".
